1. Application of These Terms

YenacVa™ is owned and operated by Xiamen Shuli Trading Co., Ltd. These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through yenacva.com.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge that the purchase is also subject to the other policies made available on the website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, available specifications, included components, availability, and pricing accurate.

Appearance or color may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, or normal production variation.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Orders may undergo reasonable checks involving payment, inventory, delivery details, fraud risk, or applicable legal restrictions.

An order may be refused, limited, or canceled where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, a material pricing or information error, or a legal restriction.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Prices, Currency and Payment

Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For U.S. deliveries, estimated standard carrier transit is generally 5–12 business days after dispatch.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact Customer Care before sending merchandise so the return request can be reviewed and the correct return warehouse address and instructions can be provided.

7. Order Cancellations

Cancellation or order-change requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an eligible request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation has started.

8. Promotions
